1. 30-Day Returns & Full Refunds

If you are not happy with your canvas, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return for a full refund.

• Email admin@auracanvas.co with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address within 1–2 business days.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Our registered business address is not a returns address.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will reprint it free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover the costs, and you do not need to return a damaged item.

These protections apply equally to every product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Artwork Preview & Order Details

For custom products, create your preview and choose your artwork before placing your order. Check the photo, text, spelling, size, and frame carefully. There is no separate email approval step after ordering. Your preview selection does not remove your 30-day return eligibility.

4. Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can cancel for a full refund before production begins. If production is already underway, contact us and we will confirm whether cancellation is still possible. Once an order ships, please use the 30-day return process above.
