Welcome to Aura Canvas ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or placing an order on our website auracanvas.co, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and customers of Aura Canvas. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Personalization

Aura Canvas offers two types of products:

  • Personalized canvases — created from a photo, pet, family image, or custom text you provide. You receive a digital proof by email, and production begins only after you approve it.
  • Ready-made art prints — non-personalized artwork, including our abstract and decorative collections. These are printed to order and do not include a proof step.

All canvases are made to order and may include frame style and size options selected by you at checkout. Because each item is produced individually, please review your order details carefully before submitting.

3. Order Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (text, spelling, layout preferences) and your selected size, orientation, and frame are correct at the time of order. We are not liable for errors submitted by the customer.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the full order amount.

5. Production & Shipping

Orders are printed and fulfilled on a made-to-order basis. For personalized canvases, your proof is prepared within 24 hours and production begins once you approve it. Production takes 3–7 business days, followed by transit times that vary by destination. Full timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns depend on which type of product you ordered:

  • Ready-made art prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return authorization is required before shipping anything back.
  • Personalized canvases cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, because each one is produced individually and cannot be resold. Your digital proof is your opportunity to review every detail before production begins.

Regardless of product type, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will reprint or refund it at your choice when you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details, which prevails in the event of any inconsistency with this section.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, logos, and designs — is the property of Aura Canvas and may not be reproduced without written permission.

By submitting a photo for a personalized order, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to produce and fulfil your order. We do not use customer photos for marketing without separate permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Canvas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
